scholastic scandals

i just want to wrap myself in my warm comforter, eat my hot bowl of instant noodles, stare at the tube and listen to the cars skid on the very slick road. with the cool, cool wind slapping against my window and the steady rhythm of the falling raindrops, i don't wanna be anywhere else. i treasure moments like these cause the mind's in a neutral state. it's as if time is crawling by. all's well, i feel just dandy.

then the mother sat down beside me and started talking. okay nothing wrong with that (though i was a little irritated) but very soon, the talking became nagging argh. let me remind you that it's two in the bloody morning. the last thing i need is her.

i was watching Miami Ink, you see, so she was going on about how i am going to meet the satan in hell for getting a tattoo. uh, thanks mother. it sounds funny but it's not okay. heck, what's wrong with appreciating the art? watching doesn't equate to doing. i'm not letting some dude doodle a couple of dragons or koi fishes or whatever across my back, though i'd really like a pair of fiery-red wings on my lower back. maybe i'll go for an airbrush, oh it's just a thought. but seriously, i can't believe how stupid she can be at times. it baffles me really.

so i got up, gathered my baggage (bowl, hp, pillow, blankie), stomped into the room and got online. she certainly didn't waste any time cause she's already in the room before i actually logged into Messenger. then she did it again; she launched into a five-minute tirade against online chatting.

#^&*^$%#%&^ what's with some people and their insatiable need to want to talk or nag or open their mouths all the time? can't they appreciate silence? and personal space? the need to unwind? just shut up already.
